Online Creative Expression Art Class - 6.30 pm on Monday

Hi All,

If anyone would like to join our online group, on Monday at 6.30 pm, it would be great to have you there.

Our theme is "open and closed" and we are exploring it in a metaphorical, imaginative way.

If you would like to connect to your own wisdom and insights, other like minded souls, your creativity, work through challenging experiences, enjoy humour and laughter, or anything else that shows up, please come and join us.

About our class:

Draw yourself to happiness, as you draw, paint, collage and paper sculpt your imagery, prompted by a led meditation and visualization.

Come along and get curious with other like minded people, sharing, supporting and enjoying their creativity together. Learn something new about yourself and take some new tools into your everyday life. Know that you are in a safe space to really explore your own inner landscape and gain joy out of your creative experience.
