Motion North Showcase 43

We're back at Band on the wall for Motion North Showcase 43! With a returning speaker, and a new studio for our event.

Found Studio are a group of artists and storytellers who "fuse 3D motion design with film craft and technology to create content that’s imaginative, innovative and impactful." They've produced work for some of the worlds leading brands and will be showing us through their projects, and talking to us about the background to their studio.

Our second speakers were last with us in the summer of 2016. Blue Zoo shouldn't need any introduction, as undoubtably one of the leading character animation studios in the UK. They're heading up to tell us all about the hugely successful, Emmy award winning, Paddington series.

Tickets available from the venue here*: https://botw.ticketline.co.uk/order/tickets/13364277/motion-north-manchester-band-on-the-wall-2023-01-18-18-30-00

Escape Technology are continuing to support the event, as they have for the last few years, and they'll be here on the night. A lot of you will already know Escape, and will work with them as your trusted technology partners. They work with multi-award winning computer graphics artists and studios, and partner with cutting-edge technology companies across the globe.

*The eagle eyed amongst you will notice tickets are fractionally up in cost. We decided to use the venue for ticket sales as that means a small levy now goes to the restoration costs of the venue, a decision I hope you would agree with. We do everything we can to keep costs as low as possible, and all money generated goes towards the venue hire, costs for the speakers, and any associated costs to do with running the event.
