Details
Information current as of 09MAR@14:07 PDT
Lauren Knapp/Suzuki AN400 died January 5th 2021 in an Orange County hospital. He was fighting cancer. His compromised immune system allowed the COVID-19 virus to attack and kill him. Lauren was a kind, gentle and thoughtful man, and an ardent supporter of our racing program. A great and honorable competitor, Lauren was always ready to lend a helping hand to his competitors. He was missed on the start-line of the 2021 race, but long remembered by those of us who knew and loved him. R.I.P., Lauren.
The first Salton Sea race was held in 2011. Linda Hurley/Yamaha Majesty 400 is the winning-most racer of this event.
Anyone who thinks she or he can win First Place Overall please put a $100.00 in the pot. If you don't put a Hundred Bucks in the pot, you're not eligible for any prize money even if you finish first overall. The money goes to the first person to finish who's in the pot.
