How do our online and offline selves intersect, and how are digital spaces shaping our sense of self, community, and connection (or disconnection)? This theme is deeply relevant to millennials who grew up with the internet and social media, grappling with authenticity, mental health, and forming meaningful connections in a digitally saturated world.
