This is a high-vibe, monthly, online Meditation & Manifesting Group! We meet on 3rd Wednesday's from 6:30pm - 7:45pm.

This class is a positively focused Meditation & Manifesting group that offers heightened experiences to uplift consciousness so as to move in the direction of your dreams with ease and grace!

We will incorporate: intentions, breathing, relaxing, meditating, visualizing, affirmations, journaling & group discussion.
