Finding Safety Within

Hi Ladies! Its been a while since I have reached out!
I wanted to invite you to a new specialized group.

The specialized group is for women who have experienced sexual trauma. As a Holistic therapist and Coach I want to help support others on their healing journey from sexual abuse. I am deeply passionate about this topic as I am a survivor myself. I am here to provide support and guidance while empowering you to find compassion and love for the parts of you impacted by trauma.

It will be in person in Mount Pleasant at the Holistic Women's Collective.
