This Women’s Walking Group is dedicated to creating a warm, welcoming community for women who want to improve their health, stay active, and build lasting connections. We believe that wellness is a journey best taken together, and our goal is to provide a supportive, judgment-free space where we can stay accountable to our health and wellness goals, while enjoying the benefits of regular outdoor exercise.

What We Do at Our Events:
Twice a month, we’ll meet at a local park or walking path to walk, talk, and enjoy the beauty of the outdoors. Each meetup starts with a friendly welcome and a quick check-in to set individual goals and intentions for the walk. During the walk, members are encouraged to pair up or walk in small groups, giving everyone a chance to connect and share their experiences, challenges, and tips for staying healthy. At the end of each session, we’ll circle up for a brief cooldown and reflect on the walk, providing a moment to celebrate small wins and encourage one another to keep moving forward.
This group is more than just a workout; it’s an opportunity to refresh, recharge, and reframe your wellness journey alongside a community of like-minded women. So, lace up your sneakers, grab a bottle of water, and join us on the path to health, happiness, and friendship!
