This is an intermediate trip and the 6th of 6 core trips in the Winter Mountain Skills programme.

This will require Ice axe, crampon skills and helmet

This trip is waitlisted and prioritised for vetted Melbourne Mountain Meetup members on the Mountain Skills programme. If you wish to attend refer to the selection criteria below.

Max participants = around 6

Selection Criteria. This is an activity with high objective risks and limited places run by a volunteer. Preference will be given to people who are on the skills programme and have displayed, competency, enthusiasm, safety and fitness in the programme and other related activities within this meetup group.

If you have not made any attempt to engage in this meetup you're a bit of an unknown, therefore a risk, chances are not very high that you will be included. Exceptions will be given to those with Alpine experience willing to assist. This will need to be verified somehow so best to come to earlier trips or other group events or send reasonably detailed outdoor CV.
