Partner Event: Basic Tarot Practice — Celtic Cross (learning cards and decks)

This is not an official Magick at a Mile High event. This is a The Odyssey of Curiosity event, partnering with Magick.

*Basic Tarot Series is 5 weeks long
*Wednesdays, July 26 - August 23
*Two parts: class, then practice
*1 hour class, 2 hours practice
*7pm-8pm CDT, 8-10pm CDT
*Attend what you are able
*RSVPs close 1 day prior
*Class locks 7:03 CDT
*Practice won’t lock

Have one tarot deck; two is better
Separate a tarot deck into suits:
major arcana in order of 0 - 21
minor arcana A - 10 and royalty
Put all the suits in this order:
major, discs, cups, wands, swords
(some decks have different names)

Tarot helps us:
• expand our awareness of our journeys
• experience our lives in a mythic path of symbology
• explore our desires and destinies, high roads and low roads, dreams and awakenings, as well as the signs on our paths in between
• examine other exoteric-esoteric ideas
