Let's run track! Crittenden Middle School has a beautiful new track with good floodlights so we can run there year round.

The workout will be:

  • warmup (4 laps jogging, drills, strides)
  • 800m, 10x 300m, 800m
  • 3 minutes between distances, 1 minute walk between 300s
  • cooldown (2 - 4 laps jogging, planking)
