Wednesday track workout -Halloween Special!
Details
Let's run track! Crittenden Middle School has a beautiful new track with good floodlights so we can run there year round.
The workout will be:
- warmup (4 laps jogging, drills, strides)
- ** 4x (100m โ 200m โ 300m โ 400m)**
- 100m recovery (total of 1300m per set)
3 minutes between sets - cooldown (2 - 4 laps jogging, planking)
- Halloween Fun Plank
