Let's run track! Crittenden Middle School has a beautiful new track with good floodlights so we can run there year round.

The workout will be:

  • warmup (4 laps jogging, drills, strides)
  • ** 4x (100m โ€“ 200m โ€“ 300m โ€“ 400m)**
  • 100m recovery (total of 1300m per set)
    3 minutes between sets
  • cooldown (2 - 4 laps jogging, planking)
  • Halloween Fun Plank
