Wednesday track workout - MILE time trial!
Details
Let's run track! Crittenden Middle School has a beautiful new track with good floodlights so we can run there year round.
The workout will be:
- warmup (4 laps jogging, drills, strides)
- Mile Time Trial!
- 2-3x (8 minute, jog curve, sprint straight)
- 4 by 400 m
- cooldown (2 - 4 laps jogging, planking)
This is our version of our winter track meet! We won't be doing all the events, just the mile and the 4 by 400m. For the mile, we will have two heats. Groups 1-2 will go first and then groups 3-4. Looking forward to seeing mile PRs!
