Wednesday track workout - Holiday Special!
Details
Let's run track! Crittenden Middle School has a beautiful new track with good floodlights so we can run there year round.
The workout will be:
- warmup (4 laps jogging, drills, strides)
- 400 m relays: 3 sets of 3x400m
- Find a new partner for each set
- Rest is partner's run
- cooldown (2 - 4 laps jogging, planking)
This is our monthly social and last official track of 2025! As per tradition, we will do a cookie exchange at the end of track! Please bring some warm clothes to change into and either a drink or cookies to share
