Let's run track! Crittenden Middle School has a beautiful new track with good floodlights so we can run there year round.

The workout will be:

  • warmup (4 laps jogging, drills, strides)
  • 5x 800m – 5x 300m
  • 2min between 800m, 1min between 300m, 3min between sets
  • National Hugging Day Fun Run
  • cooldown (2 - 4 laps jogging, planking)
