Wednesday track workout - Monthly Social: National Hugging Day!
Details
Let's run track! Crittenden Middle School has a beautiful new track with good floodlights so we can run there year round.
The workout will be:
- warmup (4 laps jogging, drills, strides)
- 5x 800m – 5x 300m
- 2min between 800m, 1min between 300m, 3min between sets
- National Hugging Day Fun Run
- cooldown (2 - 4 laps jogging, planking)
