Wednesday track workout
Details
Let's run track! Crittenden Middle School has a beautiful track with good floodlights so we can run there year round.
The workout will be:
- warmup (4 laps jogging, drills, strides)
- 2x 200 – 2x 400 – 2x 800 – 2x 400 – 2x 200 (1 min rest between reps, 2 min when the distance changes)
- cooldown (2 - 4 laps jogging, planking)
