Wednesday track workout
Details
Let's run track! Crittenden Middle School has a beautiful new track with good floodlights so we can run there year round.
The workout will be:
Down Ladder: 2x 1200m, 2x 800m, 2x 400m, decrease distance increase pace, always 2min rest
*warmup (4 laps jogging, drills, strides)
*cooldown (2 - 4 laps jogging, planking)
