Wednesday track workout - Katie’s last track lead

Let's run track! Crittenden Middle School has a beautiful new track with good floodlights so we can run there year round.
The workout will be:
This will be my last track lead for the time being. We will be starting a rotation of leaders going forward in the future. Thank you to everyone who has made track so special to me over the last 6 years
- warmup (4 laps jogging, drills, strides)
- 4 sets of 4 x 200m
- Rest: 1 minute between reps, 3 minutes between sets
- cooldown (2 - 4 laps jogging, planking)
