Let's run track! Crittenden Middle School has a beautiful new track with good floodlights so we can run there year round.

The workout will be:
4x400, 2x800, 1x FUN 1600
1 min rest between reps, 2 min rest between sets. 3-5 min before 1600. We’ll run 2-3 heats of the fun mile!

The 1600 will be our annual St. Patrick’s Day Donut Mile! Please wear green and RSVP here on meetup to be included in the donut count! If you choose not to participate in consumption, there will be an exercise component to the fun mile!

*warmup (4 laps jogging, drills, strides)

*cooldown (2 - 4 laps jogging, planking)
