Let's return to Huddart park for a trail run. The park has some beautiful single tracks; three routes are suggested:

Additionally you can connect to Purisima Creek Park with a significantly longer route and more climbing:

There are restrooms at the Madrone picnic area parking lot which has a $6 parking fee. A detailed map of the park can be found here: https://www.smcgov.org/media/157552/download?inline= No water fountains can be found along the route - so we suggest that you bring your own water, especially if attempting one of the more challenging routes.
