Let's run track! Crittenden Middle School has a beautiful new track with good floodlights so we can run there year round.

The workout will be:
*warmup (4 laps jogging, drills, strides)
3x(4x300) with 100m jog between reps, 3 min rest between sets
*cooldown (2 - 4 laps jogging, planking)
