Let's run track! Crittenden Middle School has a beautiful new track with good floodlights so we can run there year round.

April social! Stick around after the workout for an Easter themed relay.

The workout will be:
8-12-16-12-8
2 min after 800/1200, 3 min after 1600
*warmup (4 laps jogging, drills, strides) *cooldown (2 - 4 laps jogging, planking)
