Wednesday track workout
Details
Let's run track! Crittenden Middle School has a beautiful new track with good floodlights so we can run there year round.
The workout will be:
2x400, 2x800, 1600, 2x800, 2x400
1 min rest between same distance, 3 min rest at distance change
*warmup (4 laps jogging, drills, strides) *cooldown (2 - 4 laps jogging, planking)
