Let's run track! Crittenden Middle School has a beautiful new track with good floodlights so we can run there year round.
The workout will be:
8x200 - 4x400 - 2x800
3 min between distances, 1 min within distances
*warmup (4 laps jogging, drills, strides)
*cooldown (2 - 4 laps jogging, planking)
