Let's run track! Crittenden Middle School has a beautiful new track with good floodlights so we can run there year round.
The workout will be:
800, 10x 300, 800
3 min rest between distance changes, 60-90 sec between 300s
*warmup (4 laps jogging, drills, strides) *cooldown (2 - 4 laps jogging, planking)
