Let's run track! Crittenden Middle School has a beautiful new track with good floodlights so we can run there year round.

The workout will be:

  • warmup (4 laps jogging, drills, strides)
  • 3x (2x 400 – 1x 800m)
  • 1min recovery, 3min between sets
  • cooldown (2 - 4 laps jogging, planking)
