Wednesday track workout
Details
Let's run track! Crittenden Middle School has a beautiful new track with good floodlights so we can run there year round.
The workout will be:
- warmup (4 laps jogging, drills, strides)
- 800m, 10x 300m, 800m
- 3 minutes between distances, 1 minute walk between 300s
- cooldown (2 - 4 laps jogging, planking)
