Let's run track! Crittenden Middle School has a beautiful new track with good floodlights so we can run there year round.

The workout will be:

  • warmup (4 laps jogging, drills, strides)
  • 1600, 1200, 1200, 800, 800
  • recovery = 3 minutes between distance changes, 2 minutes between same distance
  • cooldown (2 - 4 laps jogging, planking)
