Wednesday track workout - Monthly Social Valentine's Day

Let's run track! Crittenden Middle School has a beautiful new track with good floodlights so we can run there year round.
The workout will be:
- warmup (4 laps jogging, drills, strides)
- 5x 1000m
- 3 min jog recovery (200m)
- Valentine's Day Fun Run
- cooldown (2 - 4 laps jogging, planking)
