Qigong is a simple practice with profound results. Our in-person meetups will be 45 minutes of light movement meditations and sounding practices designed to improve your health and vitality from the inside out.
Traditional Chinese Medicine views unresolved emotions as the source of the majority of today's physical ailments. Qigong is an easy practice that can help us reverse ailments we're currently experiencing, and reconnect us with our body so we can prevent disease before it sets in.
All ages and physical abilities are welcome.
