Since the weather started improving and the sun is saying hi, I’d be glad to see you this Thursday on outdoor Breath work and Yoga practice in the park to decompress, tune into your body and breathe out the activities and stress compounded over the course of this week. 🧘♀️
I will keep it gentle and include a layer of options so it’s suited for all levels.It’s open to all. ✨
Bring your mat with you. If you don’t have one, please notify me as soon as possible (I have only 2 spare ones) 🙏
The event is donation-based, but if you do not have the opportunity right now - no worries, just show up and practice.
My goal is to create a safe space where you can look inside yourself, heal, check in with your body and build loving self-awareness that will allow you to move through life with kindness, compassion and ease. 💫
