This May, we're gently turning our attention to the environments and relationships that can leave us more prone to seeking comfort in food.
When life feels heavy or unsettled, we often turn to food for comfort. By becoming more aware of the people, places, and situations that stir up these emotions, we can begin to create new, more supportive ways to care for ourselves.
Date and Location:
- Open to New and Returning members
- Date & Time: Sunday, May 4th, 2024 @11 AM PST
- Where: Zoom (RSVP required)
Session Details:
- Duration 1 - 1.5 hour session together
- We’ll explore the areas of life that trigger emotional stress, so we can set boundaries that protect our peace. Together, we’ll brainstorm ways to step back or gently limit our time in these dynamics.
- Time permitting, we close with a guided meditation
What to Expect:
- Time for discussion and heart shares, as we navigate this often lonely path to full healing and self-acceptance.
- Safe space to get support and celebrate our victories together.
