A special guest will be joining us on June 1st to share her powerful story and wisdom.

We're honored to welcome a special guest, Kathy Salata, who brings deep personal experience and firsthand wisdom to our next meeting. After living with an eating disorder for over 20 years, she entered treatment twice, once in 2009, and again in 2020 during the pandemic, which became a powerful turning point in her healing journey. Through intensive work, emotional breakthroughs, and learning to face the deeper pain beneath disordered eating, she found freedom. Now fully recovered, she shares her story and the tools that helped her heal! These tools go beyond food and focus on connection, boundaries, and truly being present.

During the meeting, Kathy will be sharing her wisdom on the difference between eating disorders and disordered eating, and guide us with mindful eating practices that support true food freedom.

Date and Location:

  • Open to New and Returning members
  • Date & Time: Sunday, June 1st, 2024 @11 AM PST
  • Where: Zoom (RSVP required)

Session Details:

  • Duration 1 - 1.5 hour session together
  • We’ll open the floor for Q&A to make space for any questions or reflections you’d like to share.
