Emotional Eating Ladies (Monthly Online Meetings)

Details
Connect with like-minded women who are also on the path to ending emotional stress eating. No need to prepare, just come as you are, you are welcomed here! đź©·
This September, we’ll be exploring how exercise and eating habits are connected and how to build a healthy relationship between the two.
For many women, exercise and food can become entangled in cycles of “earning” food, punishing the body, or swinging between extremes of restriction and overindulgence. In this session, we’ll explore how to move out of those patterns and step into a kinder, more balanced rhythm where exercise supports nourishment, energy, and joy.
Whether you currently have a movement practice or not, this session will support you in healing your relationship with food, your body, and movement.
Date and Location:
- Open to New and Returning members
- Date & Time: Sunday, September 28th, 2025 @11 AM PST
- Where: Zoom (RSVP required)
Session Details:
- Duration 1 - 1.5 hour session together
- We’ll begin by noticing when movement or food choices are tied to guilt, shame, or compensation. From there, we’ll explore new perspectives that honor the body’s needs for both fuel and movement, as partners, not opposites.
- Time permitting, we close with a guided meditation
What to Expect:
- Time for discussion and heart shares, as we navigate this often lonely path to full healing and self-acceptance.
- Safe space to get support and celebrate our victories together.
