Our December theme is all about setting heart-centered intentions to heal our relationship with food and our bodies as we head into 2026.

In this session, we’ll reflect on how emotions shaped our eating habits over the past year. Together, we’ll explore ways to meet emotional needs (without the use of food) going forward into the new year. Participants will have the chance to share their experiences and insights on this topic.

Date and Location:

  • Open to New and Returning members
  • Date & Time: Sunday, December 7th, 2025 @11 AM PST
  • Where: Zoom (RSVP required)

Session Details:

  • Duration 1 - 1.5 hour session together
  • Eating food is something we have to do every day, making it a core part of how we treat ourselves. This session will give you a space to set peaceful intentions around food and your body. All members will have the chance to share what is on their hearts throughout the session!
  • Time permitting, we close with a guided meditation

What to Expect:

  • Time for discussion and heart shares, as we navigate this often lonely path to full healing and self-acceptance.
  • Safe space to get support and celebrate our victories together.
