Our January theme focuses on cultivating self-worth beyond body shape and size.

In this session, we’ll reflect on how diet culture shows up for us, especially at the start of a new year. Together, we’ll explore ways to navigate this season of heightened pressure and define our own standards for how we want to treat our bodies. Participants will have the chance to share their experiences and insights on this topic.

  • Open to New and Returning members
  • Date & Time: Sunday, January 25th, 2026 @11 AM Pacific Time
  • Where: Zoom (RSVP required)

Session Details:

  • Duration 1 - 1.5 hour session together
  • The new year often amplifies “diet talk,” which can challenge our sense of worth. Together, we’ll practice tuning out the noise and reconnecting with self-love and acceptance. All members will have the chance to share what is on their hearts throughout the session!

What to Expect:

  • Time for discussion and heart shares, as we navigate this often lonely path to full healing and self-acceptance.
  • Safe space to get support and celebrate our victories together.

💕 Sessions are led by Laura Chandler M.A. Counseling, who will be passing Leadership to Kathy Salata in January 2026.
