Come out to the bike park everyone is talking about! It's not all big drops and huge gap jumps. FR512 trails are about progressive, gravity fed, trails to cater to the beginning rider as well as the hair-on-fire gravity junky. Start on the small stuff and work your way up.
I've been out there and the regulars are friendly, helpful, and informative. They get as much of a thrill watching a new rider progress up to a jump as they get jumping themselves.
What do I Need to do to Ride?
Everyone entering the park MUST sign our Release of Liability. Please access the Fr512 Release of Liability 2014.pdf (http://freeride512.com/Freeride512/Freeride_Fest_2014_files/Fr512%20Release%20of%20Liability%202014.pdf), complete and sign it, and email back to FREERIDE512@mail.com by 5PM April 4th, 2014. Copies of the Release of Liability will be available at the event, but there will be a $5 processing fee for forms not received via email by the 5PM timeline.

What Equipment Should I Bring?
HELMETS ARE REQUIRED. Full-face helmets and pads are strongly recommended. In general, the park is best enjoyed with a full-suspension bike with freeride or dirt jump geometry and the ability to drop the seat-post all the way down. 20” bikes are not recommended, as the trails tend to be fast, rough, and uneven.
Can I Bring Alcoholic Beverages?
No. Absolutely no outside alcohol is allowed. Beer will be available on-site from Twin Parks Country Club for $3 per beer.
Can I Camp Overnight?
Yes. Primitive camping is available at the park. The fee is $10 per person. Check in at the Twin Parks Country Club main clubhouse: (512) 858-2924. For more details, visitwww.twinparkscountryclub.com (http://www.twinparkscountryclub.com/).
Is There Disc Golf?
Yes. Contact www.twinparkscountryclub.com (http://www.twinparkscountryclub.com/) for more information.
