Flat Creek Crossing & Pedernales Falls State Park trails will both be part of the 2014 Cranksgiving!

Build NEW TRAIL. Flat Creek Crossing is adding more novice friendly trail in the cabin loop area. Come out and build some great new trail with great views.

Building in the morning and lunch will be on the agenda. More trail building or a ride next door at PFSP are an option for the afternoon.
NO TRAIL BUILDING EXPERIENCE NEEDED! Tools & guidance provided for volunteers. Focus of the next trail build day(s) will be dragging off cut cedar limbs to clear corridor for the new trail. The new trail is marked with flagging in the trees.

If you have never built trail or If it's been a long time since you have built trail, please come out. It's very rewarding to see a new trail take shape that many riders will enjoy for years to come. You may be surprised how fun and rewarding it is to be part of building a trail that will be enjoyed by future riders for generations.

Wear sturdy shoes and bring gloves if you have them. We have extra gloves for those who need them. Bring your hydration pack or water jug to carry with you.

Meet at the entrance at Gallop Inn cabin,,, parking as well,, will do waivers there too.

Bring your bike and ride early before we get started at 9am, or mid afternoon after we clear the newest cut branches off the trail.... We will be throwing some burgers on the pit at the barn in between.
