Jingle Bell Lights Ride

Get out those jingle bells and decorate your bike! It's time for the Jingle Bell Ride Northside, an annual Christmas lights ride through the Balcones neighborhood.

This Sunday, December 21. Starting from Spicewood Elementary, 11601 Olson, 78750. Meet at 6:00pm, ready to roll at 6:30pm.

This is a mostly flat, family-friendly, slow-rolling five mile ride. Great for trail-a-bikes, trailers, and little wheels.
Austin traffic laws require that riders have a white light on the front of their bike and a red light on the rear. Plenty of Christmas decorations will help make sure you meet that requirement!

A speaker set-up to play Christmas music while riding your bike would be awesome, or even better if you can sing. See ya there! (If it rains or snows on this date, we will cancel the ride on MeetUp.)
