Mark your calendars! FREERIDE 512 will be presenting the mountain bike movie, Builder at Alamo Drafthouse on November 18th, 2015.
In recognition of all those who dig, cut, build, and hack through red tape to provide trails to ride in Central Texas, FR512 will be presenting Builder at Alamo Drafthouse, Village on Wednesday, November 18th at 7:30PM.
Through a series of carefully crafted segments, Builder will explore the art of trail building and how it impacts the sport of mountain biking and the lives of those who ride. The film will synthesize the experiences of many into a narrative that looks to expose the soul of mountain biking - why do we dig? From the youngest groms daydreaming of dirt glory, to the professional builders and sponsored riders who have the means to create it, Builder will tell the complete story of how built lines come into existence and more importantly, why they matter.
We are stoked that Alamo Drafthouse is supporting bringing a mountain bike movie premier to Austin and are grateful for their support - 50% of ticket proceeds will be directly dedicated to building new trails in Central Texas!
