The following is ad copy from Midweek Adventure Group:

We'll be mountain biking on dirt single track trails throughout Centennial Cone Open Space Park. Plan on about 15 miles of trail uphill from Mayhem Gulch to Travois Trail and back to the trailhead. There will be several steep hills that we'll climb. The temperatures are expected cool yet sunny so layers are recommended.

• What to bring
Bring your mountain bike with tires suitable for riding over rocks, fallen branches and dirt trails. It's also best to have a tire puncture preventative solution, like Stan's or Slime in your tires as the trails are known to have goat-head thorns in many areas. You're required to wear a helmet to ride with this group. Bring water for hydration, sunglasses, gloves, and proper clothing for riding.

• Important to know
By agreeing to participate, riders are responsible and liable for own injuries.... nobody dies please!
