Sunday Mourning Together- grief support circle

Join us every Sunday morning from 9:00am-10:00am at the serene Carl W. Kroening Nature Center in Minneapolis for a grief support group session. We welcome a broad swath of reasons to mourn: loss of a loved one, divorce, life changes, sorrows of the world...This gathering offers a compassionate space for women+ to express their grief in community, by the Mississippi River. Guided by Helen Blodgett, we access our innate ability to create simple, meaningful rituals in nature to honor our individual and collective grief journeys. The ocean's vastness can receive our grief- the river is our connection to the sea. Embrace the healing power of community and nature as we walk this path together. All women+ are welcome to join this grief support circle.

We'll gather at the nature center and then walk to the river on the trail.

If you need to bring your children, bring a partner or friend to care for them in the nature center or lovely outdoor play area.
