This group is created to offer outdoor wellness experiences, combining yoga, pilates, and meditation in natural settings. All sessions are held in both Spanish and English, making everyone feel welcome — locals and internationals alike.

Classes are guided by Cristina, a local teacher and physiotherapist with over 10 years of experience, focused on mindful, safe, and accessible movement for all levels.
