Move.Tallahassee - Walk to Kick of Word of South this Saturday

It’s going to be a great weekend!

We are excited to kick off the 2025 Word of South festival again with a Move walk at Cascades Park.

Word of [South], a festival of literature and music, is a unique blend of writers and musicians and an exploration of the relationship between the two disciplines.

Our “out & return” walking path will take us around Cascades Park. You will cross South Monroe on the Cascades Connector Bridge and onto a cool route that includes checking out the new developments along FAMU Way.

So, grab some family members or friends, or come solo and plan to join us for stories and music as we explore the Word of South, Cascades Park and its surrounding community.
