Come Walk With A Doc and learn about Stroke Prevention - this Saturday

Come out for a walk in Nature and learn about Stroke Prevention

We will lead off with Stroke Prevention tips from Dr. Narayan Krishnamoorthy and Dr Amy Neal.

After this gathering, we will head to the park entrance across the street. We are proud to continue our partnership with Walk With A Doc at Lake Overstreet.

Distance – Option of 2, or 4 miles if you take the loop twice.

Where – Lake Overstreet Trailhead at Forest Meadows parking lot

Note – there is a $2.00 cash entrance fee unless you have a Florida Parks Pass. This walk is an approximately 2-mile, fairly level terrain loop that returns to the entrance. It is not unusual to see deer and other wildlife on this walk.
