Saturday August 9th - Walk with a Doc at Cascades

Our walking theme this week is eye health. Please plan to join us as we partner with Capital Health Plan for “Walk with a Doc”. For the walk, we found some good shady paths in Myers Park.

Plan to meet and walk with Dr, Amy Neal and Dr Marissa Adamson. Just prior to the walk she will share tips about eye health. These walks present a great opportunity to informally chat with medical professionals.

Make plans to walk and learn some very relevant heath advice.
So, grab some family members or friends, or come solo and plan to join us for “Walk with a Doc” as we explore Cascades Park and its surrounding cool places. So grab a friend, family member or your friendly four-legged friend and check us out.
