Our topic this week is Holiday Grief. Please plan to join Capital Health Plan for “Walk with a Doc”. For our planned walk, we plan to find some good paths in Myers Park
When – Saturday, December 13th at 9:00AM
Where – Cascades Park – meet in the space behind the Amphitheater. You can either park in one of the parking garages or in the DOT Parking lot
Plan to meet and walk with Dr Jeffrey Ferraro and Dr Amy Neal. Just before the walk, they will share tips about managing Holiday Grief. These walks also present a great opportunity to informally chat with medical professionals.
