Hi, I’m Taylor! I am a mental health therapist passionate about mind and body connection. I started this group to create real moments for intentional connection, slowing down, and community building.
Each sunday, we gather near pier 63 for a gentle jog or walk, followed by a short wind down—a few minutes of breath work, reflection, and intentional connection. There’s no pressure to perform or be of a certain pace. Just bring your full self—tired, joyful, anxious, curious— and move through it with us!
