The group’s goal is to break free from depression together, move our bodies, and finish with breathwork to feel better. Everyone is welcome! I’m starting with three people, but I truly believe we will grow into a bigger community. This is not just a regular class; it’s an event, as we will train in different locations once the community expands.
But it’s more than just fitness—it’s about lifestyle, mindset, and connection. Through this experience, I want to bring people together because when we support each other, we grow stronger—physically through movement and mentally through shared meditation and breathing. 💫✨
