Do you want to get fit and stay injury free? We are a group of physical therapists and fitness enthusiasts who are passionate about helping people to optimize their functional movement. We define 'functional movement' as the fundamental movement patterns we all possessed in our youth...think squatting, lunging, walking and running. The good news is that there are simple things we can all do to improve our movement patterns. This group is perfect if you haven't exercised in many years or are super fit. We can help if you like to walk for exercise or do marathons and obstacle course racing. We offer interactive workshops where you will learn how to improve your physical performance and prevent injuries by correcting limitations in flexibility and strength.
