in Harmony aims to provide participants with essential knowledge and practical techniques for chakra balancing, with a special emphasis on the root chakra. It begins with grounding exercises and an introduction to the chakra system, followed by an in-depth look at the root chakra, its role, and common signs of imbalance. Participants will engage in body awareness practices, root chakra meditation, and explore practical tools such as crystals and essential oils. The class also includes interactive exercises, group discussions, and a closing ritual to help integrate the learning. Conducted in-person this class encourages regular practice and provides additional resources to support ongoing chakra balancing.
